Quota Manual

The Quota Manual is where you will find details of the Quota Allowance Allocation System operated by the New Zealand Meat Board.

The Quota Allowance Allocation System was amended in September 2024, and again in 2026, following a statutory Quota Allowance Mechanism Review. The gazetted changes can be viewed here, here or in the Quota Manual.
