Each week, the New Zealand Meat Board collects provisional export livestock processing statistics from export-inspected New Zealand beef and sheepmeat processing facilities. The provisional information (i.e. subject to change) is collected in statistical weeks and published on this web page 21 days after the processing week data is released.
